Code of ethics and conduct

Our Code of Ethics and Conduct sets out the values, principles and standards of behaviour of SET Group governing relations with its main stakeholders.

The Code of Ethics and Conduct is mandatory for employees and collaborators, as it is an essential element to strengthen our culture based on business excellence.

Ethical channel

Con el objetivo de favorecer el cumplimiento del Código Ético, Grupo SET ha creado el Canal Ético. This is a secure communication channel that promotes direct communication with the Social Responsibility Committee.

A través de este canal, toda persona que tenga relación con Grupo SET puede realizar sus consultas o denuncias, relativas a posibles irregularidades en el cumplimiento del Código Ético y de Conducta y Protocolo de acoso laboral. Todas las consultas o denuncias recibidas serán gestionadas por el Comité de Responsabilidad Social.

The Social Responsibility Committee is an independent body, and its members are bound by the principles of honour, confidentiality, objectivity, autonomy and non-retaliation. The complaint must contain:

  • Identification, if you wish to receive a personalised reply or follow-up, you must indicate your name, surname and contact details.
  • As detailed a description of the consultation as possible, circumstances of the conduct or situation that is the subject of the complaint.
  • As far as possible, indication or provision of supporting evidence, clues or supporting data.
