in accordance with current regulations and best practices in the field of equality and the prevention of psychosocial risks.<\/p><p>The main objectives of this protocol are<\/p><ul><li><strong>Preventing all forms of harassment<\/strong> by raising awareness, training and promoting a culture of respect and zero tolerance towards such behaviour.<\/li><li><strong>Establish clear and confidential mechanisms for reporting and action,<\/strong> ensuring protection and support for those affected.<\/li><li><strong>Ensuring an impartial, prompt and effective investigation<\/strong> of the cases that may arise, with the application of corrective and punitive measures where appropriate.<\/li><li><strong>Promote an inclusive and equitable working environment,<\/strong> where trust, security and equal opportunities prevail.<br \/>The implementation of this protocol reinforces our policy of social responsibility and ethical commitment, and represents a decisive step in building a workplace free of any form of discrimination or violence.<br \/>The full document will be made available to all staff through our internal
